Sitting/dining room

Beautifully furnished with comfortable leather sofas, glass and chrome coffee table, and stylish Italian black oak and chrome dining suite, this room has sea views, and patio doors which lead directly onto the outside terrace and swimming pool. It also benefits from a fireplace with woodburner for winter evenings.

Kitchen

Large and fully fitted modern kitchen in light oak with granite worktops and breakfast bar  with stools. It is  very well equipped and all appliances are Miele, including a  large fridge, freezer, microwave, electric hob and dishwasher. Glazed double doors lead into the dining area.

Chill out room

A simply enormous room, and the perfect place to chill!

There are two funky striped sofas, bean bag chairs, TV and playstation. For the more energetic there is table tennis, and for the slightly less energetic a full size pool table. We have also provided a fridge for cold drinks and snacks. There is access from this area to the outside and swimming pool.

If required, there are two single beds on this floor, which are screened off to afford privacy.

Sleeping Accommodation

All of the bedrooms have fully fitted wardrobes and the beds are top quality, with superbly comfortable memory foam mattresses.

The sitting area has a leather sofa, coffee table and its own separate sky tv.

Two sets of patio doors lead onto a very large and completely private balcony, furnished with wicker chairs and sunbeds.

The en-suite bathroom has Villeroy and Boch fittings, with a full size bath and hand held shower, a double basin, and WC,  plus a separate large walk in shower with the  Grohe ”rainshower “ system

Bedroom 4

This bedroom has a king size bed, and en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi shower, black granite unit with two basins, bidet and WC.

Large King size bedroom.

Family Bathroom

A lovely bathroom with full size Villeroy and Boch bath, separate walk in Grohe shower, and two basins by the Italian company Catalano, and WC.
